Samsung introduces easy & cost efficient laser printer series

Samsung Electronics announced the launch of the new multi function printers: ML-2160/2165W and the SCX-3400 series. These printers provide users with maximized functionality productivity while enabling effective cost management including mobile and wireless printing features for better results. ML-2160/2165W laser printer series for personal and home users and the SCX-3400 series targeted at small and medium businesses.

ML-2160/2165W laser printer series – Save up to 75% on paper usage and 50% on energy

ML-2160/2165W allows cost-effective printing via Samsung’s Easy Eco Driver and Easy Print Manager, allowing users to closely monitor their printer usage. By effectively using the Easy Eco Driver, user can save up to 75% on paper usage and 50% on energy. While holding a standard 150-A4 sheet capacity with 20ppm printing speed, the ML-2160 laser printer series is 22% smaller than conventional 150-sheet A4 laser printers. This compact design provides an efficient and elegant space saving solution for any environment.

While personalized mobile devices such as Smartphones, notebook PCs and tablets are becoming more and more the main focus for users, the Samsung ML-2165W laser printer is ideally suited in terms of offering all the printing functionality required in a dynamic, on-the-go environment for these individuals. Users can both access and print files/documents from any mobile device installed with Samsung’s MobilePrint application. While conventional PIN methods require a 10-step set up procedure on a wireless network, Samsung’s one-touch wireless feature (WPS button on the device) enables users to be connected with the printer through an access point/router in just 2 minutes.

SCX-3400 series Multi Function Printer – One Touch Eco Button

The SCX-3400 series has been designed to be as economically sound as it is environmentally friendly. The One Touch Eco Button allows the MFPs to operate in Eco mode thereby automatically saving power, toner and paper consumption for maximum cost efficiency.

Like the ML-2160/2165W, this SCX-3400 series are equipped with Samsung’s Easy Eco Driver solution, Easy Printer Manager and Wi-Fi Direct feature as well. These Multi-Device Monitoring solutions also allow the device to be controlled remotely, an important consideration when located in an office environment.
