Ugh this is the Galaxy S5 you should have released internationally Samsung. WQHD display Snapdragon 805 and 3GB of RAM? Seriously!? Im glad I didnt buy an S5 because I would be even more upset. I know this device is intended for South Korea but Samsung you SHOULD release it in more markets.

    • Chang Hyun Park

805 wasn’t available back then. I’m pretty sure samsung decided to forgo WQHD for the S5 because 801 just didn’t have enough power for the display, and because the higher load would have drained more power.

This is the problem LG’s G3 seems to be facing.

Samsung you should really release this version of Samsung S5 to make S5 a complete success with all the same specification. This product should be globally released. By Globally I also want you to include INDIA in it with the same LTE – A model but with 2300mhz LTE band opened.

I knew it! A GS5 with a WQHD SUPER AMOLED display (2560 x 1440), much sharper, less pixel display than the 1080p version.

But, why did you guys put in a 2800mah battery to power up the high-res screen display? Wouldn’t it drain way too much battery life? If so please explain it here, or another post you may add here.

Please show the benefits of a WQHD display!!!

Anyway, how much is it anyway? In USD?

Will you guys release the Galaxy S5 LTE-A “CAT6″ variant later on this year for the international markets?

Please respond back to this message, thanks.

when I look up samsung galaxy S4 and compare CPU and RAM to S5, there is a 0,2 GHz difference in CPU speed, the real difference is in camera and the few extra features, its not really impresive.
But with the LTE-A out there we get more RAM, a better GPU and a better display, now this one is impresive compared to S4/S5, but that this phone is only sold in south korea, is really anoying.
Comparing LTE-A with galaxy F, the F should have 0,1″ bigger display and metal casing, rest should be the same by what I have found, its not that impresive an upgrade, unless you really want a metal casing.

as I see it, wait a few month for a phone that is almost the same phone as the one already released, but you have to wait since the phone out now is only sold in few selected countries are so bloody anoying, and they did the same with the octa core S4, might just order the LTE-A from 28mobile because of a fail marketing plan…. again.
