Beckham plays Beethoven’s Ode to Joy

What do you get when you combine a master of soccer and a master of symphony?  David Beckham’s version of Beethoven’s famous Ode to Joy.  Check out this Galaxy Note video of Beckham pounding out “Ode to Joy” on what might be the world’s wildest drum kit.  

 

 

As Samsung’s Ambassador to the Olympic Games, Beckham always travels with his Galaxy Note.  In this clip, after snapping a quick photo, David gets his instructions from the director – great use of the S-Pen by the way – and then uses his amazingly precise footwork to kick out Ode to Joy on a 15-foot wall of drums, all tuned accordingly.  

 

 

 

The result is true harmony – harmony of sport and sound, that is!
