Welcome to the second portion of our introduction to the fun world of Samsung Apps. In this installment we bring you games for the GALAXY Note, arguably the perfect platform for mobile phone gaming with its sexy big screen. Or add the S-Pen for some photo editing perhaps. Why don’t we take a look?
I blast Moki
Yes, you blast Moki. So who is Moki, and why should you blast him? To get him to the portal found on each level of course. Find creative ways to use bombs and other helpful stuff (sticks, ropes, etc) to get Moki through a variety of levels with a number of obstacles to your destination.
With more than 70 levels and an option to create your own levels (!), hours upon hours can be spent blasting that Moki around his digital world to get Moki in that hole. It’s like golf, but with bombs. And on your smartphone.
Watch out Angry Bird, there’s a new smartphone bird in town. With tens of millions of downloads worldwide, Air Penguin is looking to bounce his way into your heart. With CNET and IGN attesting to its addictiveness, in Air Penguin you guide your little flightless friend through a number of levels where he jumps from platform to platform, avoiding sharks, seals and other evil creatures bent on devouring him. Tilt your phone to up/down left/right to guide your penguin, with no buttons to press during actual gameplay.
Best of all, it’s FREE on Samsung Apps.
Not as perverse and the name might suggest, TouchRetouch is actually a photo editing tool that takes full advantage of the S-Pen to edit photos on the fly. Your crush wants you to send a self-shot and you have a HUGE pimple? Not with TouchRetouch you don’t.
See that building that’s been highlighted in red? BAM! It’s gone. Not only remove stuff from photos but add stuff from other photos too.
Tune in next time for apps for the bada OS on Wave II phones!
